Where are they?
Head office in Buckinghamshire, offices and data centres in London.
Objective: To work alongside a key team manager to help her personal development and
allow her to make the transition to the next level of responsibility and achievement.
How they feel MT1A helped
We appointed Mark from MT1A to act as a mentor for our recently appointed Sales
Manager. The brief was to help her to develop as a business leader. This involved
setting her own sales strategy along with a commercial forecast, job specification and
recruitment plan to deliver the necessary operational efficiency and profit forecasts
contained in that strategy. MT1A explored the process with Liz so that she understood
how to develop a strategy and the implications both for human recourses and financing
the plan. This part of the brief was successfully completed. The role has now developed
to mentoring and coaching support to Liz in the successful execution of the plan.
We have been very pleased with the results to date, so have now started a similar
process using Mark with our Indirect Channels Sales Manager.
