Who: a major national baker

Objective:
To take charge of a National Field Sales team and instil standards of performance, to oversee recruitment and the delivery of agreed Key Performance Indicators whilst a permanent Manager was recruited.

MT1A placed an experienced Field Sales Controller at a time of huge change in the organisation. The brief was to help the existing Area Sales Managers instil the KPI’s and set up and monitor standards of performance.  The Interim manager from MT1A oversaw the recruitment and induction of 12 new Territory managers. The appointee hit the floor running and was able to attend board briefings each week with credibility and authority.

Who: a private lable chemical manufacturer dealing with Multiple grocers and the independent trade.

Objective:
To take charge of a National Account team and ensure no project deadlines slipped and no customers were lost during the merger and acquisition process.

How they feel MT1A helped
MT1A placed an experienced National Account Director into a business which was in the process of acquiring 2 other businesses.  The brief was to ensure that the Category Management team did not let any project deadlines slip even during the integration of a new branded range and that no existing Private Label contracts were lost. The Interim manager from MT1A was able to attend senior level account meetings and manage the execution of all the project work successfully untill the existing national account responsibilities were transferred to the newly integrated sales structure.
